anablr OS is in private beta. The only thing this website does is take waitlist signups, so the amount of data involved is small and this page describes all of it.
Who is responsible
Upsquare Technosys Private Limited is the data controller for information collected through anablr.com.

What we collect when you join the waitlist
When you submit the form, we store:

| The time you signed up | To process the waitlist in order. |
We do not store your IP address. To stop one source flooding the form, we count recent submissions against a one-way cryptographic hash of the address, which expires within two hours and cannot be turned back into an IP.
Legal basis
For the waitlist, our legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR: you asked to be told when the product opens, and we keep the minimum needed to do that. For analytics cookies, the basis is your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics cookies unless you accept them. Google Analytics is loaded with consent defaulting to denied, so nothing is stored until you choose.
- If you accept — Google Analytics sets
_gaand_ga_Z6CKEDJTZZto count visits and measure which form converts. They expire after up to two years. - If you decline — nothing is stored, and the site behaves identically.
- Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage, so you are not asked repeatedly. It never leaves your device.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining after previously accepting deletes the analytics cookies.
Who else processes this data
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores waitlist entries.
- Google — a copy of each signup is added to a private spreadsheet and a notification is emailed to us. If you accepted cookies, Google Analytics also applies.
- Purelymail — handles email sent to our anablr.com addresses.
These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where your data goes
Upsquare Technosys Private Limited is based in India, so if you are in the UK or the EEA your data is transferred outside your region. Our processors above operate global infrastructure and may store or process data in other countries too.
We keep the transferred data to the minimum described on this page, and we use providers that offer standard contractual clauses for such transfers. If you would like details of the safeguards that apply, ask us at hello@anablr.com.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until the private beta closes and the cohort is filled, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Abuse-prevention counters expire within two hours.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@anablr.com and we will respond within one month. Removing you from the waitlist takes one line — you never have to justify the request.
If you are in the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; elsewhere in the EEA, to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top. The site is in private beta, so the product it describes is still moving.
